beets so fine
purple red
invades your urine stream even
last night i made a pot
bionic borsht with the beet greens
red cabbage
carried away by the scent of caraway
chopped carrots
onion
a little soy in the broth
vinegar for vim and vigor
and after it makes
some honey
a tonic for what ails you
don't be ascared of the colour by friends
it's a medicine
a witches brew
and yes dears did i mention,
it is good for you?
