and on i go

a safe landing
and Daddy walks in

smelling of distant lands
of freshest bread
and icing sugar

looking tired and pleased

back on earth
i take up the offer
of a sandwich

caraway
i get carried away

what did you bring me?

a tiara for a queen,
a hallah loaf,
six blueberry buns
