is a chicken nugget shaped like a heart
(you must trust me because it has been eatten)

is waking up a little later than planned
and running to hold the bus while jay makes hot chocolate for bea's trip to the slopes

skips beats
and wants so many things
mostly sleep
today's heart
is shaped with words
that are kind
and hot beverages to sooth the soul
today's heart is beating
to the rhythm of a sweet samba only much much slower
